1. Purpose of the terms

These Terms are intended to define the conditions under which the services offered by the groupkx.com site, hereinafter the “Site”, are made available, as well as the conditions of use by the User.

Accessing and/or using the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms set out in these Terms. Users who do not wish to accept all or part of these terms are asked to refrain from using the Site.

2. Access to the service

The parties acknowledge that the Internet is an open network whose overall operation nobody can guarantee. Consequently, although access to the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it may be interrupted by force majeure, by events beyond KX Group's control, or because of failures and maintenance work required to keep the Site running properly.

The user agrees to waive any legal action based on a failure or malfunction of the Internet network.

3. Intellectual property

In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code, all the elements making up the Site (including, without limitation, the layout, images, publications and logos) are the exclusive property of KX Group.

Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Site and of KX Group's trademarks and logos, whether in paper or electronic form, is strictly prohibited without KX Group's express authorisation. Only short quotations are permitted, provided they are justified by a critical, polemical, educational, scientific or informative purpose, and provided the author's name and the source are clearly stated.

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, KX Group carries out personal data processing for the purpose of presenting KX Group. Any dispute relating to the Site that cannot be settled amicably shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the remit of the Paris Court of Appeal.
